The venue was reasonably clean and the staff were helpful.

everything was good, exceptional location extremely close to civic train station, the staff were accommodating. the rooms with twin beds and a good view. early check in and late check out.

Place was impeccably clean and splendid. We took a superior king room with microwave, Nespresso coffee and WiFi, it was well done. Comfortable central location to a 2.6-acre public plaza. The pool was very clean, good after a tiring day. Loved this hotel, had 3 good days here.

I loved that the lobby was inviting. Based in a secure area. Took a walk around city centre, located a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

It was fairly clean place, staff were very kind, and I enjoyed my tastefully decorated room. I slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed. I had a free of charge breakfast and it had lots of food. Recently refurbished hotel, 10 minutes' walk from the downtown. Easy check out too: D

The location was near to moscone center that we needed. 500 feet from the hotel you'll find Sam's Diner, you'll definitely enjoy your meal. Just a 15-minute walk to Cal 4th & King Street train station. Room met needs well.
